“We have to go back!”

The other morning, as I was getting ready, I could hear Claire stirring in her crib.

All of a sudden, she started yelling, “We have to go back!  We have to go back!”  I could tell she was standing in her crib shaking the side of it.

That’s odd, I thought…that almost sounds like that scene from Lost where Jack is yelling at Kate at the end of the season finale.  Surely, I’m mistaken…

Then, Claire’s furtive yells changed a bit and became even more sincere, “We have to go back, Kate!  We have to go back!”

Hmmm…if the grandparents hear her say this on the phone, which would be quite possible, since everything she says at one time or another gets said on the phone…we may actually have to admit out loud that we’ve let Claire watch Lost.
