We’re both really happy with her first and middle name (and time will tell if she likes it/them or not). I can’t imagine her as anything else, actually. It’s just every time I smell the Linden tree I remember that I really wanted to use that name as either a first or middle name.

One benefit to no husband — you get to name your child whatever you want. I named mine after my favorite author.Is it too late to add Linden as her middle name? That way she can choose to use it when she’s older!!!

All my 3 elder sisters are named after trees, and I am not.

I so wish I was named after a tree!

It’s not too far off “Linda,” which means beautiful (I think).
