In June, Claire had a month of Clay Classes (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, for three weeks). In July, she did Painting Classes every day for a week. On the cusp between July and August, she did a weeklong Art Club at her school. She just finished up a week of Drawing Classes.
This has been the Summer of Art Classes. Plans to build The Art Wing have been expedited.
Kudos to the Art Teachers who had the kids make “portfolios.” Two such portfolios can be seen in the loot above (and they’re FULL of pieces!). Also, I love the tie-dye and the pillow. Hooray for Mixed Media!
