Kinda like time-travel but without all the fancy gadgets

I love posting something to the blog every day, but I also like taking a break.

In November, I completed NaBloPoMo, and in a way, it got me reenergized to daily posting.  Prior to that, I’d posted for 365-days straight, and then started taking a day here or there off.  And to think I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to do NaBloPoMo this year!

So, how can I have the best of both worlds?  Well, I think I’m going to start revisiting some posts from the past and re-run those on the weekends.  And with 700+ posts to choose from, there’s a lot of content that can be revisited.

Yes, you read that correctly…over 700!
I’m nothing if not prolific.

The hardest part will be deciding which writing pieces to showcase, but I’ve already decided not to think too much about that and just go with what feels right at the time.

The second hardest part will be not getting sucked in as I look through the archives.  I mean, is it weird to admit that I love reading old posts about Claire and our adventures?  Sometimes I find myself getting pulled in…and I wrote them!

Yes, I’m a dork.
Now you know.
Just in case there was any doubt.
;)

So, the weekends will be reserved for such things as the posting of full-versions of reviews I’ve done elsewhere or re-postings of writing pieces I’ve done in the past.  That way, there will be something to read on the weekend, but I can also take a little break.

The weekly postings will be business as usual and the weekends will be reserved for a little time-travel.

And, I promise to have you back safe and sound by Monday morning.  ;)
